The portal invites you to read the stone before entering the Gothic church. Inside, the alabaster altarpiece by Damián Forment changes your sense of scale: look at figures, relief and light. The complex includes spaces from different periods and an adjoining diocesan museum. Check which areas your ticket covers and respect services.

Plan this visit

Compare two altarpieces without confusing them

Tourism information distinguishes the cathedral altarpiece from the Montearagón work kept in the museum. If visiting both spaces, compare how alabaster shapes figures and depth rather than trying to remember every name. Two works in one visitor complex need not share the same original setting.

Order tower, church and museum

The museum website distinguishes last admission and tower closing from the rest of the complex. If views matter, ask about the recommended order when arriving and allow a margin rather than automatically leaving them until last. Confirm your admission option and changes for liturgical events. Do not confuse the Diocesan Museum with the Museum of Huesca in Plaza de la Universidad.
